Lawsuits are piling up against the entertainment mogul, Sean "Diddy" Combs, in a high-profile scandal that accuses him of a range of serious offenses. These include [sex trafficking, forced labor, coercion to engage in prostitution, and narcotics distribution].

The family of the late rapper Tupac Shakur has reportedly taken a significant step by hiring attorney, Alex Spiro to investigate if Diddy was involved in Tupac's murder. According to Court TV, the prominent New York attorney revealed that he's been hired by the family of the late rapper to delve into a potential connection between Pac's murder and Sean "Diddy" Combs

For some time, it's been alleged that Diddy played a role in the September 1996 murder of Tupac in Las Vegas.  Duane "Keffe D" Davis, a former gang member from Los Angeles, was arrested and charged with the rapper's murder in 2023. In several interviews before his arrest, "Keefe D" alleged that Combs was involved in Shakur's death and paid a gunman to execute Shakur. Shakur's brother Morpeme Shakur alleged in an interview with The Art of Dialogue that Diddy contacted him years ago to tell him that he wasn't involved in Pac's murder. Morpreme said Combs called him and said, "I know who you are, but we never met, and I just want to call you man to man to let you know that I didn't have nothing to do with your brother's death." Mopreme said during the interview that he felt Diddy should be investigated for the fallen rap star's death.

Diddy's former bodyguard, Gene Deal, has also weighed in about the series of events, also known as the East vs. West Coast war that preceded the deaths of Tupac and Combs' former artist, Biggie Smalls. Gene has also mentioned that Diddy was somewhat jealous of and in competition with Tupac.

"Keefe D" also alleged in other interviews that Combs feared Death Row Records label head Suge Knight and also wanted him killed. Tupac was on Death Row at the time of his death. Keefe D said he and his fellow gang members provided security for Combs during his trips to the Los Angeles area.

Combs is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. At this time, he will not be released on bail. One hundred twenty new sexual assault allegations were made against the former record label head last week. Sean's mother, Janice Combs released a statement, “It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not for the truth, but for a narrative created out of lies,” she wrote. “To bear witness to what seems like a public lynching of my son before he’s had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words.”
