Amid the recent lyrical feud between Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion, the Texas cemetery where Megan's mother, Holly Thomas, is buried reportedly decided to increase security near her mother's grave after receiving reports that a Minaj fan gave out the gravesite information online. According to TMZ, a Nicki Minaj fan gave out Holly's gravesite information and encouraged other Minaj followers to visit the cemetery and destroy the grave.

Minaj recently dropped a dis song called "Big Foot" that makes many disparaging remarks against Thee Stallion and discusses her deceased mother. In the song, Minaj states, "Cause she was lyin' on your dead mama, on-on your dead mama," which she repeats several times throughout the track. The Barbie Queen also forewarns the Houston rapper about potential consequences if she doesn't apologize to her late mother: "If you don't apologize to your mama in twenty-four hours, shit gon' get uglier than KenBarbie, okay? Don't play." She continues to berate Thee Stallion throughout the song, referring to her as Big Foot and making strong allegations against her character, implying that Meg had an inappropriate relationship with her mother's lover and threatening to release more secrets about Meg's life.
Despite their collaboration on Megan's single "Hot Girl Summer" in 2019, the song also dismisses Thee Stallion as a reputable recording artist, "Your flow is such a bore," "For a free beat, you could hit Megan raw, If you a ghostwriter, party in Megan jaw."

Social media has erupted with mixed feelings about the dis track, which stemmed from Megan's subtle statement in her newly released song "Hiss." Megan refers to Megan's Law, which requires law enforcement to alert the public about sex offenders via a database. Per "Hiss," she stated, "These hoes don't be mad at Megan, these hoes mad at Megan's Law." Considering that Nicki's husband, Kenneth Petty, is a convicted sex offender, the New York rapper considered Thee Stallions' lyrics a slight and released "Big Foot" in retaliation.
Nevertheless, several fans feel that Nicki has taken things too far. Per Volume 82's YouTube channel, YouTuber, @leriahslife341, stated, "Isn't Nicki always talking about how you should never talk about someone who's deceased cause they can't speak for themselves, she's going down hill." Per Business Insider, In one viral TikTok by @veganhippiesol with over 1 million views, the self-identified former fan said she'd lost respect for Minaj. "As somebody that has recently retired their Barb flag, no ma'am. I just cannot believe the evolution of Nicki Minaj," the TikToker said. She continued, "A lot of women in rap are influenced by her. That is a true statement. Nobody can take her accolades away from her," she continued. "However, her most recent actions are very questionable and disappointing."
Per Business Insider, another observer from the X platform, Gerrick Kennedy, said, "This cannot be the same woman who made 'Itty Bitty Piggy,'" Kennedy wrote, referring to a fan-favorite Minaj track from 2009. "I am astounded by how bad this is. From the flow, to the punchlines. Nicki Minaj allowed her own bitter jealousy to take her crown." Many reactions on X echo this sentiment. Others simply poke fun at Minaj for doubling down while Megan has remained silent.
It appears this battle has gone too far! Yet, Megan has yet to respond to "Big Foot." Her most recent Instagram post shows behind-the-scenes footage for "Hiss."
