Renee Graziano of Mob Wives opened up about overdosing on fentanyl while mistaking it for cocaine. While interviewing with the Dumb Blonde podcast, Renee explained what led her to request cocaine, "Everything in my life was falling apart," she recalled of her state of mind ahead of the incident. "Nobody wanted to talk to me… Everything just started piling up. I gave up." The reality show star continued, "Someone gave me a bag of fentanyl… when it was supposed to be cocaine. I died in a restaurant in Florida. I was intubated for three days— And I spent nine days in the hospital, learning how to walk again. She explained that the overdose was so extreme that she doesn't recall being in the hospital, "Three days are wiped from my brain."

Graziano, who starred in Mob Wives as a result of being the daughter of former mobster Anthony "The Little Guy" Graziano, also explained that she spent her hospital time alone due to her fractured relationship with her family. She revealed that she's put her family members "through hell." Anthony reportedly disapproved of Renee and her sister's involvement in the show and disowned them once Mob Wives aired— her sister, Jennifer Graziano, created the show. Her father died in 2019, years after the show concluded. It's believed that she and her sister repaired their relationship with their father.

Graziano shares one child, AJ, with her ex-husband, Hector Pagan, Jr. The show shed light on her ex's cooperation with law enforcement after he turned evidence on her father, who was a high-ranking New York mobster. Hector wore a wire to obtain information, which landed her Anthony back in prison. He was hit with the racketeering charges in 2012 after Pagan ratted him out. Graziano took a plea deal and was released from prison in 2013 after his lawyer asked the judge for leniency in Graziano's case because of his deteriorating health problems, according to Daily Mail.

Graziano was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while impaired after she crashed her car into a parked car in her hometown of Staten Island in 2022. Throughout the years, the New York native opened up about her life and struggles in her autobiography, Playing With Fire. She's appeared on other reality shows, Marriage Bootcamp, Celebrity Big Brother 18, and the movie Fuhgeddabout Christmas. Mob Wives also showed her penchant for celebrity styling. Rapper Ghostface Killah from Wu-Tang Clan had a cameo on the show with Graziano when she styled him for a video shoot.

I wasn't surprised. A few of them from the show Mob Wifes seem as if they were on drugs, then.
