Megan Thee Stallion's Cameraman Claims He Was Forced to Watch Meg Have a Sexual Encounter, Harassed at Work, and Unpaid for Services in Recent Lawsuit
Photographer, Emilio Garcia, has sued Megan Thee Stallion for multiple claims. Emilio alleged that Megan, legally known as Megan Pete, owes him unpaid wages for media services he provided. He also claims he experienced a hostile work environment while working for the Houston native.
According to MSNBC, Garcia filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court this week, alleging that the "HISS" rapper used to fat-shame him, order him not to eat, and call him a "fat b----." Garcia also alleged that Meg had a sexual encounter with a woman in front of him as they rode in a vehicle together during a tour stop in Spain. The photographer told NBC News, "I felt uncomfortable." "I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked." Garcia claims the rapper asked him not to repeat what he witnessed in the car; Megan reportedly said, "Don't ever discuss what you saw," the lawsuit states.
The photographer contends that Megan started treating him differently after he witnessed the sexual encounter; he claimed to have received less work from Megan's team. The entertainer's attorney, Alex Spiro, told NBC News: "This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court."
