Adult Film Star Jesse Jane and Boyfriend Found Dead at Their Home

Adult film star Jesse Jane, legally known as Cindy Taylor, 43, was found dead alongside her boyfriend, Brett Hasenmueller, in Moore, Oklahoma, after the police went to their home for a welfare check, according to KOCO. The authorities believe their deaths was caused by an accidental drug overdose, per the information that Lt. Francisco Franco of the Moore Police Department provided to The New York Times. It's unclear how long the two were dead; their family reportedly could not reach them for several days.

After making her adult film debut in 2003, she began to appear in outside projects that included making an uncredited appearance in Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding and 2004's Starsky and Hutch, according to Deadline," per PEOPLE. She had other mainstream entertainment opportunities, such as "Entourage," "The Tonight Show" and "Bad Girls Club." She reportedly exited the adult film industry in 2007.

The New York Post reports, "Jane graduated with honors from Moore High School in 1998, according to a 2006 profile in the Oklahoma Gazette." The porn star told the outlet of her mixed feelings about moving back home after achieving success on the screen at the time. Jane stated, "I think when you repress people, people are going to find outlets, and it's going to come out somewhere. That's a big problem I have with Oklahoma."
